Inzovu Supreme Natural

Inzovu Supreme Natural comes as a single origin, and is produced from a select number of wet mills where the quality of the cherries is outstanding. To process natural, cherries are received at the washing station and floated in the water inside a tank, to remove the light weight poor quality cherries. After floating, RTC workers manually sort out the cherries that are not properly ripen, before putting the cherries directly under the sun on raised beds. Drying naturals requires to put very little cherries on the bed to ensure proper drying, and because of the heavy pulp and the water it contains, drying naturals takes longer than Fully-Washed, usually ranging from 20- 25 days.

Rwanda natural process coffees bring a unique profile on your cupping table, depicting strong tropical fruity notes such as banana, pineapple, and mango, giving it a distinct test from naturals of other origins. The Inzovu Supreme Natural cups 84+ and these coffees usually come from the second part of the harvest, as washing stations wait to process natural after the heavy rains of April, to avoid poor drying conditions.
